The Sunrunners Car Club has created the renowned Toilet Seat Award which is ceremoniously presented to the club member who has the unfortunate misfortune of his or her prized classic masterpiece mis-performing in some obvious or unobvious fashion which may or may not be evident at a club function or may be deemed as justifiably fitting the award criteria in any way possible solely at the President’s discretion. April 23rd, 2011- Hey all, just wanted to thank you all for a great BBQ this last weekend. The food was great and the company was even better. Even the wind can’t keep good Sunrunners down. Have a great end of the month guys. See you on May 5th at the monthly meeting! |

Well...it’s finally over. Carne Asada Run 27 was a great success. Thanks to everyone who helped make it such an awesome event. The carne was tasty and the cars were cool Take a look at our Carne Asada Run page to see some great pictures of the day. |

Hope everyone had a great Fourth of July! The IVC fireworks were spectacular. Just wanted to remind you about the 9th Annual Simpson’s car show on July 10th. We’ll be meeting at 6am at the Chevron on Imperial Ave. to drive up together. |

It was good seeing everyone at the Simpson's Nursery Run on July 10th! Congrats to Bob and Margie & Jerry and Susan for each winning trophies for their cars. Plus history was made that day when we discovered there were 3 AMC Pacers all in the same location that day. Looking at all the cars and memorabilia of olden times was a real treat too. Make sure to stop by and check it out if you didn't make it that day or come with us to the upcoming run on Oct. 8th. |
